Atlas Elements

Work streams are visually illustrated in diagrams at the macro level to show how all work processes within an operation are interrelated, as well as at the micro level to very precisely guide each activity in sub-processes.
A responsibility assignment matrix, also known as a RASI matrix or linear responsibility chart, describes the participation by various roles in completing tasks or deliverables for a project or business process. It is especially useful in clarifying roles and responsibilities in cross-functional/departmental projects and processes. RASIs define who is Responsible, Accountable, Support, and Informed for each sub-process in each work stream
If the work streams are the recipe, the tools and templates included with Atlas are the pots and pans you need to make the meal. Each work process includes detailed spreadsheets complete with auto-calculation fields and instructions to make the execution of best-practice work processes as straight-forward as possible.

Coaching cards are a simple tool to help identify whether employees understand and implement specific processes and/or training. Coaching cards analyze a position (not a person) through activities, reports, documents, and results, for the purpose of identifying the challenges and successes of change. Using this process you can observe organizational change in action and address issues in a timely manner; without it, old habits could continue to go unnoticed.
